What are AI Multifocal Lenses?
AI multifocal lenses (progressives) are lenses crafted through software design using a 3D prototype of the user’s AI model, replicating the human eye and its movements. Super Optika is the only place in Serbia where you can have AI progressive glasses made!
What is an AI Eye System Scan?
The AI eye system scan is a highly specialized optometric examination tailored for multifocal lenses, incorporating 3D eye mapping and detailed data on the size, weight, and shape of the eyeball—powered by artificial intelligence.
It includes digital, objective, and subjective refraction testing; simulation of digital screen working distances using the Eye Zoomer device to determine optimal posture angle and body ergonomics; optometric tests assessing the eye’s ability and speed to focus and track, pupil reflexes, vestibulo-ocular reflex, and indicators of systemic diseases—all aimed at ensuring comprehensive eye health.
The AI Metaverse application, by applying principles of pleoptics, orthoptics, and psychophysics, calculates the gravitational influence on static refraction. It then adjusts this into dynamic refraction values to help maintain the balance of vision, hearing, and the body’s equilibrium center.

What is Dynamic Refraction?
Dynamic refraction refers to adaptive and variable vision correction that changes with body movement, head positioning, and eye rotation—unlike static refraction, which is determined through a specialized optometric exam conducted while the body is at rest.
Dynamic refraction ensures a stable image on your retina during fast, dynamic movements.
What is the Vestibulo-Ocular Reflex (VOR)?
The vestibulo-ocular reflex is a mechanism that connects the sense of vision, via the auditory system, to the body’s balance center. Its crucial role is to maintain a stable image on the retina during body movements, head shifts, and eye rotations—directly supporting dynamic refraction and clear vision in motion.
How do Multifocals work?
AI Multifocals deliver clarity and precision at all distances—whether for near, intermediate, or far vision. They are especially beneficial for individuals who have lost visual acuity due to presbyopia, cataract surgery, or other vision issues. They have even been proven to help in the most severe cases involving inborn eye defects or trauma.
Thanks to our expert team of modern optometry professionals—with international licenses and certifications for the AI App, and decades of experience in multivision—Super Optika has become the only optometry center in Serbia offering the AI App.
What is the Process for Crafting AI Multifocals?
Our modern optometry specialists, highly focused on multivision, assess a metaverse calculation considering the user’s height, weight, posture, and body ergonomics. They optimize both static and dynamic diopters by factoring in the influence of gravitational force on eye rotation, tracking eye movements based on the laws of dynamics and mechanics, and evaluating the optical strength of central and peripheral vision using eye movements across the nine primary directions of Listing’s coordinates.
Additionally, they adjust the frame according to the lens design, inclination, and vertex, and record the expected adaptation time, the speed at which the eye moves through the multifocal lens, as well as the width of the active visual field in millimeters.
Along with your customized parameters from the AI App’s metaverse calculation, you will receive a schematic representation of your eye’s 3D model and a graph showing the spectrum of electromagnetic wavelengths (in nanometers) from which your eyes are protected by the lenses.
VR Multifocals – The Neuro-Optic Revolution
VR Multifocals are a revolutionary technology available exclusively at Super Optika.
Virtual Reality and Neuro-Optometry — a specialized branch of optometry focused on the connection between the eyes and the brain — are used for precise, dynamic vision measurement and correction.
Instead of fixed zones in the lenses, like in traditional multifocals, VR multifocals offer up to 1,600 focal points per second, tracking eye movements and adjusting focus effortlessly for the user. Thanks to NeuroSpin technology and precise neuro-oculographic measurements, they provide natural, stable, and seamless vision in all directions — without strain or adaptation.
They are designed for individuals with complex visual impairments, balance disorders, accommodation imbalances, dizziness, as well as traumatic and neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. VR progressive lenses enable fully personalized solutions that align vision with the way the brain processes images.
How Much Do Progressive Lenses Cost?
When it comes to our progressive (multifocal) lenses, prices range from 8,000 RSD per pair to 260,000 RSD.
This wide price range reflects the differences in dioptric capacity, adaptability, customization to facial asymmetry, and the ability to address various binocular vision disorders that patients may experience.
Progressive (Multifocal) Lenses and User Experiences
Our experts take countless parameters into account before progressive lenses are crafted. User experiences with multifocal lenses found online can vary greatly — and the negative ones are most often the result of incorrect measurements or human error during the fitting process.
Experiences range from extreme dissatisfaction, including head tilting and neck and shoulder pain, to a complete transformation in vision and comfort due to the alignment of eye movements, posture, and the entire nervous system, achieved through the intelligent use of artificial intelligence and precise neurological disorder diagnosis. This is exactly why we dedicate our full attention to each patient, never overlooking any symptom or discomfort they mention before we begin crafting progressive lenses.
